Sheraton Park at the Anaheim Resort
The Sheraton Park Hotel at the Anaheim Resort is located at 1855 South Harbor Boulevard, Anaheim California 92802. The hotel is minutes from the Disneyland Resort, Anaheim GardenWalk, and a number of other facilities. The nearest airport to the Sheraton is the John Wayne Airport. There is not a complimentary hotel shuttle to this property from the airport. Super Shuttle is the most economical means of airport transportation for single riders. (About $10-$12 each way.) The room rate for attendees is $149 (+tax)/night for singles/doubles. This rate includes complimentary guest room internet. Rooms must be booked before June 17, 2013 in order to secure the group rate. The rate is offered, based on a availability, three days prior and post to the event. Self parking has been discounted to $10.00/day for hotel guests and drive in attendees.
A schedule will be posted soon, but new this year is the Curriculum Bootcamp from 9:00 am – Noon on Thursday, July 11. The morning will start with three sessions providing information to those new to course outline of record; resources for curriculum chairs; and hours to units. The last three sessions before lunch will cover leading the curriculum committee; curriculum workload, expectations of the chair and members; and working with determined faculty.
If you are not planning on participating in the Bootcamp, please plan to be at the hotel by 12:00 pm on Thursday afternoon for lunch. Breakfast and lunch will be served on Friday. Breakfast will be served on Saturday and we plan to end around 12:00 pm.

Full Institute Fee: $415 (after June 28th)
The cancellation deadline is June 28, 2013. Please review the Senate Cancellation Policy here. After June 28, 2012, registration fees will increase to $415.
Step 2: Payment Options
Checks should be made payable the Academic Senate. Payment in full is required prior to attending the event. Attendees must pay before June 28, 2013 in order to secure the early registration rate. You can mail checks to 555 Capitol Mall, Suite 525, Sacramento, CA 95814. Check, cash, and credit card payments will be accepted on site for the on-site registration amounts.
