The Vice-Chancellor for Educational Services distributes a monthly e-mail with current grant information, which reaches all senate presidents. This resolution has been completed.
Whereas many colleges are missing opportunities to apply for Chancellor's Office grants because the information is not disseminated in a timely and accessible manner,
Resolved that the Academic Senate urge the Chancellor's Office to work with the Academic Senate to develop a plan for dissemination of information about available grants in a timely and accessible manner, including web sites, Internet, mail, and other means.
