The Faculty Leadership Institute provides training, assistance, and information to faculty members to empower them to run stronger, more effective local senates. The Institute provides a variety of activities and materials to assist participants in identifying the key role and function of local senates in governance and professional and academic matters as defined in Assembly Bill 1725 (1988) and the Education Code.
