*** Important information regarding hotel reservations***
You are responsible for making your own hotel reservations and any applicable cancellations. Please see instructions below under the Hotel & Travel tab.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
If you need to cancel your conference registration, please contact the Senate Office in writing at events [at] asccc.org (events [at] asccc.org )
We do not do direct transfers without first cancelling one reservation then submitting a second one.
All hotel cancellations must be made by the individual and will not be cancelled by the ASCCC staff.
What is the cancellation/refund policy?
Submission of your registration signifies agreement with this policy.
Please remember that the last day to cancel your registration is January 17, 2020 without penalty and is always posted at the bottom of each event's webpage, and is listed in each confirmation email. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to events [at] asccc.org on or before the posted date. Registration will not be canceled due to non-payment. All cancellations made after the posted cancellation date will be assessed a $100.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 7 working days prior to the event will be billed a $100.00 cancellation fee.
No shows, unclaimed "TBA" attendees, and cancellations made after the deadline will be billed a $100.00 cancellation fee to you and/or your college. As attendees are permitted to register without funds, we have no way of determining cancellation unless specifically told, in writing.
Unpaid balances owed to the Academic Senate must be paid off before an attendee can register for a future event.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
All attendee registrations must match the ticket. If you would like to transfer your registration, you must cancel the first one, then register the second attendee online.
The Academic Senate is pleased to offer a complimentary 2 night stay hotel + tax + self-parking for the Part Time Faculty Institute. You are responsible for making your individual hotel reservations prior to January 6th, they will not be made by the ASCCC staff. Please note that once you submit a registration you will receive a confirmation with instructions on booking your hotel room. Please note that we have a limited number of rooms reserved, they are on a first come basis, so make your reservations early!
Did you remember to register for the event?
Registration for the event is separate from hotel registration, so please make sure you click the Registration tab above to enter your attendee information.
For attendees commuting to the event locally, self-parking is complimentary at the Napa Valley Marriott.
Please email events [at] asccc.org with any questions.
3425 Solano Ave
Napa, CA 94558.
Event registration is required before you can reserve a hotel room under the ASCCC meeting room block. Your email confirmation for registration will direct you to the hotel reservation website once you have completed event registration. We recommend that you make your reservation as early as possible, as space is limited and fills up quickly! Rates and availability are limited and event registration alone does not guarantee a hotel room. Our room block rate will expire on January 6th, 2020. Self parking is complimentary for overnight guests as well as those driving in the day of the event. For those flying, the Oakland, San Francisco and Sacramento Airports are all the closest airports to the hotel. Complimentary Wifi will be available in guestrooms. The hotels resort fee has been waived for use of the fitness center along with some special amenities.
Please contact Academic Senate Event Team at events [at] asccc.org or 916-445-4753 with any questions or concerns.
