Dedicated leaders make the difference, be it a curriculum chair, senate president, or college president. Invested leadership is critical for the success of your local senate. Cultivating and identifying individuals with an interest in and a drive to be leaders is necessary to ensure the on-going health of your senate. An effective senate not only attends to the business of today, but plans for its own health in the future. In challenging times, the importance of being proactive to ensure the successful evolution of your senate cannot be over-stated.
