AB 1725 - Competency Criteria

Resolved that the Academic Senate for California Community Colleges direct the Executive Committee to seek, in Section 87743.5 of AB 1725, the inclusion of a requirement that the bargaining agent negotiate the process, and the local senate establish the competency criteria to be submitted to the district.
