Found Not Feasible. A policy that addresses all issues for multi-college accreditation issues is not feasible.
However the committee intends to ask ACCJC to clarify this for a potential Rostrum article.

Whereas the Academic Senate for California Community Colleges recognizes the importance of district-level support for colleges, and

Whereas district operations in multi-college districts have not been subjected to scrutiny by visiting teams sufficient to hold the district office accountable for properly supporting individual colleges, and

Whereas the Accrediting Commission has developed a draft policy intended to make multi-campus district offices more accountable for supporting the colleges in their respective districts,

Resolved that the Academic Senate endorse the Accrediting Commission's draft policy on accrediting multi-college districts, and

Resolved that the Academic Senate urge the Accrediting Commission to explore the feasibility of developing a status designation that indicates lack of district level support where colleges are judged to have inadequacies caused by problems at the district level.
