Affirmative Action Funding under AB 1725

Resolved that the Academic Senate for California Community Colleges request the Chancellor to recommend to the Board of Governors that the Board develop regulations stipulating that Affirmative Action expenditures as per section 87104 of AB 1725 be augmentations of expenditures for existing affirmative action programs and for new affirmative action programs.
