Whereas the results or outcomes of programs that were specifically designed and funded for success and transfer by non-traditional students are uncertain or unknown,

Resolved the Academic Senate for California Community Colleges direct the Executive Committee to set up a faculty task force charged with the responsibility of analyzing the student outcomes of programs that were designed specifically for helping on-traditional and diverse students to succeed in college, to complete their educational goals, and to transfer.
