After due consideration and consultation with the President, the committee requests that this referred resolution be removed as it is essentially a bargaining issue.
Resolved, That the Academic Senate for California Community Colleges explore the legality of the egregious tactic of issuing blanket layoff notices and report back at the Fall 2004 Plenary Session.
