Commission on Teacher Credentialing

Resolved that the Academic Senate for California Community Colleges direct the Executive Committee to study whether or not the community college minimum qualifications to teach noncredit courses should be amended to include reciprocity to permit holders of some or all of CTC's Adult Education credentials to teach noncredit California Community College courses, as soon as the Commission on Teacher Credentialing completes its work on the qualifications to receive a credential that authorizes the teaching of courses in adult school, and

Resolved that the Executive Committee ensure the participation of noncredit teaching faculty in this process.
