Whereas Title 5 recommends written assignments often requiring library resources, and
Whereas the availability of a local public library doesn't adequately meet the academic needs of community college students,
Resolved that the Academic Senate for California Community Colleges recommend to local senates that college-level library resources be a consideration in the approval of any distance learning courses.
