Resolved, That the Academic Senate for California Community Colleges work to provide summaries and checklists on effective practices on its website for easy reference by local senate leaders. MSC Disposition: Local Senates

Summary:
Work to provide summaries and checklists on effective practices on Senate website.
Recommendation:
Utilize our Local Senates Handbook for Effective Practices and at Leadership and Session ask local Senates what information would best help them. Develop a summary/check sheet that can be placed on the website or develop a web based inquiry form to gather and disseminate this kind of data. The ASCCC has had many requests for the development of online research tools. Many of these requests remain in eternal hiatus because the committee is not able develop such devices. The ASCCC Executive Committee should strategically rethink accomplishing these requests or deem them unfeasible.
Status Report:

The ASCCC is currently redeveloping some of its web based research and information system tools and is not ready at this time to provide these resources. Update 6/25/2015: Added into Local Senates Handbook.
