Resolved that in order to enhance the academic quality in our colleges, the Academic Senate for California Community Colleges support the following position: The Senate should explore avenues to insure a core of full-time noncredit instructors in each district offering noncredit programs with a long-term goal to increase the percent of hours taught by full-timers to 75%.
