Whereas the Legislature passed SB 1607, `which apportions $270,000 for funding the generation of 90 FTES at the Eastern Madera County Center, and
Whereas the bill revises Section 74156 and 74157 of the Education Code pertaining to centers within a district,
Resolved that the Academic Senate for California Community Colleges direct the Executive Committee to notify local senates of the content and ramifications of SB 1607. "The Eastern Madera County Center (SCCCD Oakhurst Center)."
