Resolved that the Academic Senate for California Community Colleges direct the Executive Committee to survey colleges statewide to determine the current students-per-counselor ratio in each district, and then develop standards in consultation with counselors statewide for the desired students-per-counselor ratio, and
Resolved that the Executive Committee develop proposed legislation for a maximum allowable number of students per counselor.
