FAQS

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

If you need to cancel your conference registration, please contact the Senate Office in writing at events [at] asccc.org. We do not do direct transfers without first cancelling one reservation then submitting a second submission.

What is the cancellation/refund policy?

Submission of your registration signifies agreement with this policy.

Please remember that the last day to cancel your registration is March 20th, 2024. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to events [at] asccc.org on or before the posted date. No shows or cancellations after the deadline will be billed $25. If you are unable to attend please email events [at] asccc.org before the cancellation deadline. Cancellations must be received in writing.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

All attendee registrations must match the ticket. If you would like to transfer your registration, you must cancel the first one, then register the second attendee online.

Hotel & Travel

Hotel Room and Policy

The event will be held in Sacramento at The Embassy Suites, 100 Capitol Mall, Sacramento CA 95814. Registered attendees can book a night at the hotel with our room block provided in the Eventbrite confirmation receipt. Please note, rooms are limited and the room block reservation must be made no later than Tuesday, March 12, 2024

  • Room/tax, valet and all incidentals will be paid by individuals.
  • There will be a charge of $25 per night for each additional guest in suite (if more than 2 adults per suite).
  • Valet Parking available at $36 per night (based on availability). Self-Parking is located in the city garage adjacent to the hotel.
  • Guests have 48 hours prior to arrival to cancel a reservation without penalty.
  • Any no-shows will be billed for one night’s room and tax. Charged to the individual’s credit card. A credit card will be required upon making the reservation.  
  • Guests departing earlier than the scheduled check-out date (after they have checked in) will be charged a $50.00 early departure fee. Guests wishing to avoid an early check-out fee should advise the hotel 48 hours before check-in of any changes in planned length of stay.
